The people who have remained in Elkton, Alberta, Canada, until the present day are few. The town was stricken after the Elkton School Massacre of 1910.
Publications unearthed after many years closeted away in small towns and communities. The skeletons that lurk deep in the slimy bowels of any sunshine town are as vile (or VILER) as anything that can be imagined. Despite the attempts of small municipalities to hide these embarrassing and grotesque "HCs", there is always a peephole to the past left open somewhere.
